Podcast: gesprekssamenwerking.
Podcast: developing your growth mindset. Quite often participants in our training courses ask me: how can I develop my own growth mindset? Having a growth mindset is beneficial, because people learn better, perform better, dare to take on challenges, invest more in their learning process. So whilst doing difficult things people with a growth mindset feel better and make better progress. So what can you do to develop your own growth mindset? In this podcast you get ten ideas to do just that.
Insoo begon haar sessies bijvoorbeeld met de vraag: ‘What needs to happen here today so that this conversation is useful to you?’
This episode of the podcast is about 4 progress focused roles. The 4PR-model is a situational model, which describes these four roles:
The type of interaction in which the desired progress of your conversation partner prevails, and your conversation partner develops his own ideas regarding how he wants to make progress, is called ‘helping’.
The type of interaction in which the desired progress of your conversation partner prevails and the ideas regarding how he can make this progress comes from an external source, is called ‘training’.
The type of interaction in which your conversation partner must achieve certain progress which is determined by you, the organisation or society and he can develop his own ideas regarding how he wants to make progress, is called ‘directing’.
4. The type of interaction in which your conversation partner must achieve certain progress which is determined by you, the organisation or society and the ideas regarding how he must make this progress comes from an external source, is called ‘instructing’.
Podcast: progress focused directing. In this episode of the podcast you can learn about progress focused directing. How to prepare for a conversation in which you want to activate your conversation partner to achieve a certain goal? How do you stimulate your conversation partner to come up with his own ideas, when the goal itself wasn’t his idea in the first place?
